Crab and Crab Meat

The waters off South Devon - especially Start Bay - are nationally recognised as the purest in the South of the British Isles meaning that the sea-catch here is excellent.

Our Devon crab, lobster, and other shellfish are caught in these waters, and brought ashore at Dartmouth and then hand processed by us for the best quality results.

This means that the crab meats (brown and white) are carefully prepared so that you only get the best quality meat from each crab.

In the same way, our Thai-style crab-cakes are prepared from hand-picked crab meat and the finest spices - you only have to taste them to tell.

Our hand-picked crab claws scallops and prawns are great for special occasions.
